Social Media Executive
We’re looking for a Social Media Executive to lead content creation, manage our social platforms, engage with customers, and drive brand awareness and enquiries for KOK Plumbing & Property Maintenance.

Key Responsibiities:
- Create engaging posts, reels, stories, and marketing content
- Respond to customer messages professionally and in a timely manner
- Design flyers, digital adverts, and branded visuals in line with company branding
- Manage and grow our Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and Google Business profiles
- Track performance, analyse results, and recommend improvements
Required Skills & Experiences
- Proven experience managing business social media accounts
- Proficiency in Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar tools
- Creative, detail-oriented, and able to meet deadlines
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Strong ability to create video and graphic content
- Experience in the home-improvement or service industry is an advantage
